I'd argue their main competition in Australia is Urbanspoon, not Foursquare. Urbanspoon don't do all the other jazz though, like venues, services, businesses etc — so I think maybe there is a gap there.

Thought I might add, on the start screen, I have 22 tiles (2 wide) and I find that if you don't just flick but rather slide and lift your finger off (creating a medium speed scroll) you can actually stop it when you see your tile (or click on it straight from the scroll if your aim is good) or you could cheat and just hold down the Start button and say "Open/Start App name" so for example "Open Calendar" or "Start Internet Explorer"

Unfortunately Zune won't accept my card for some reason, and I actually meant if you press and hold it, you go to this screen where you can see the whole app and actually go back that way, really handy, so open a few apps and press and hold on the back button.

Pretty much everything Nick said, I was going to say!
I've cancelled my Zune pass trial, because I'm not deeply enough entwined in the Microsoft ecosystem to warrant it.
My biggest issue with Zune Pass is that for $120 a year, it's a good price for a good service. However, I'd like to use it with my Xbox rather than plugging my phone or computer into the lounge sound system. Sure, you can do that.. once you've got an Xbox Live Gold membership active. Another $100 or so...

Did you try the Twitter/Facebook/LinkedIn account OS integration? That's quite decent as well.

Cheers Nick, I guess with Multitasking i meant "Apple's implementation of it", the fast app switching. I found only going back with the back button a little clunky, i'd prefer something like Apple's idea, or the Palm Deck of Cards, etc.

I didn't know about the 35 apps number, but thats cool. I still think multiple homscreens would be a better solution though.

To point out some of the flaws in your review, multiple times you stated Mango didn't have multitasking, however if you hold down the Back button you can go back to the last 5 apps and most of the time they will be right where you left them (the developer of the app has to add this but most apps are now Mango ready).You also said the long list of apps was painful to use, however if you have more 35 apps (might be wrong on that number) letters appear like those in the People hub, by clicking on a letter you can jump to other letters, or you can use the search icon which can be found under the back button.

Dropbox are currently working on an app for Windows Phone and the reason Skype hasn't been added is because Microsoft want to bake it into the phone much like they have Messenger and Facebook chat, so that'll hopefully be there in the next big version though we will most likely see an app way before then.

The Twitter app is not the one I'd use, for a more functional Twitter app try Rowi, which actually does the stuff you mentioned the official Twitter app didn't.There is more I could comment about but I'd would make this comment nearly as long as your review so I'll leave it for now.

But with really excellent stuff like the properly spacial feel of the effects, and Harrison Ford. I reckon "Ghosts of Mars" is more equivalent to what Star Wars was back then .. now as a giant franchise, beloved, the expectation is so high .. it will only ever fail. I think it's nice that young kids think the prequels are okay. Is ice-T the new Han? Who follows?
